We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags (if any), and in its original packaging. A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required. Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

If you would like to initiate a return, please email to contact@noodo.co and include the following in your message:
1. Your order number
2. A receipt or proof of purchase
3. A brief description of the issue
4. Clear photos showing the defect (if applicable)

We’ll review your request and respond with next steps, including return shipping details if the return is approved.

If your return is approved:
1. We will email you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.
2. Pack your item securely in its original packaging, including all original contents.

You may request to cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped. To initiate a cancellation, please email a clear request to contact@noodo.co and include your order number. We will confirm whether your order is eligible for cancellation and process it accordingly.

Please note: Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

product irregularities and defects.
Noodo Lab products are digitally fabricated with 3D printing technologies and include hand-finished elements. As a result, slight variations in texture, layer lines, or surface appearance are natural and reflect the crafted quality of each piece. These minor irregularities are not considered defects and do not qualify for return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging with all tags and proof of purchase included.

We only accept returns for products with structural cracks or major functional defects from shipping that affect performance under normal use. Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

We will evaluate your case and, if approved, arrange a replacement or refund. Please note that damages caused by misuse, improper handling, or natural wear are not covered.

We do offer product exchanges; however, customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with the exchange process. If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us to initiate a return, and once the original item is received and approved, we will process the exchange. The replacement item will be shipped after any necessary fees are confirmed.

refunds.
If your request is approved for a refund, we will process it after we have received and inspected the returned product. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow a few business days for processing once approved.

Please note: Items that are used, mishandled, or returned without original packaging may not qualify for a refund. Refunds are not available for change-of-mind returns or minor surface irregularities typical of 3D printing.

Please be aware if you are returning from outside Hong Kong SAR, shipping may take longer than expected. You are responsible for ensuring the package is returned safely; damaged returns may affect eligibility for a refund.
