All Noodo Lab products are made-to-order using 3D printing and hand-finishing techniques. Please allow the following time before dispatch:

Production Time: 3–7 business days after order confirmation
Processing & Packing: 1–2 business days after production
Total estimated time before shipping: 4–9 business days

During busy periods or special launches, production time may be slightly extended. You will be notified if delays are expected.

Mainland China, Taiwan, Macao: 5–10 business days after dispatch
Asia Pacific (e.g. Japan, Singapore, Thailand): 7–14 business days
North America (e.g. United States, Canada): 10–21 business days
Europe (e.g. United Kingdom, France, Germany, Italy): 10–21 business days
Rest of World: (e.g. Australia, New Zealand, Middle East): 14–28 business days

Note: Delivery times are estimates and do not include production time. Customs inspections, local carrier conditions, or holidays may cause additional delays.

Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.
Duties, taxes, and import fees are not included and are the responsibility of the customer.

Orders shipped outside Hong Kong may experience additional processing due to customs.

shipping confirmation & tracking.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details. Please allow 1–2 days for the tracking information to become active.
